When
purchasing a new or used manufactured home, your home will
be ground mounted and your selected manufacturer or seller
will assure proper installation and will be responsible for
your home meeting the highest standards of the Park and HCD
Codes. This includes all state codes pertaining to manufactured
homes along with landscaping, and hardscaping compliance issues
within the park. Installation concerns should be directed to
the Huntington Shorecliffs staff. Huntington Shorecliffs does
not lease empty lots.
